Provider Agreement

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between RoboLode, hereinafter referred to as “Robolodge,” and Provider’s Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for adding products from the Provider to the Robolodge marketplace.

By clicking “I agree” below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Technical Qualifications:
   

   1.1 You agree to adhere to the technical qualifications and guidelines provided by Robolodge for adding products to the marketplace. These qualifications may include but are not limited to, product image specifications, descriptions, categorization, and any other requirements deemed necessary by Robolodge.

   1.2 Robolodge reserves the right to review and approve or reject any products added to the marketplace based on adherence to technical qualifications.

2. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements:
   

   2.1 You warrant that all products added to the marketplace comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements, including but not limited to, consumer protection laws, intellectual property rights, data protection laws, and any other laws related to showcasing products in marketplaces.

   2.2 You shall be solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from the sale, distribution, or representation of your products on the Robolodge marketplace.

3. Robolodge as an Aggregator Website:
   

   3.1 You acknowledge and agree that Robolodge functions solely as an aggregator website and does not engage in any financial transactions, shipping, or related services.

   3.2 Robolodge does not assume responsibility for the quality, availability, or fulfillment of orders placed on the marketplace. All transactions and related services shall be solely between the Provider and the customer.

4. Product Information and Review Process:
   

   4.1 You shall provide accurate and complete information about each product added to the marketplace, including images, descriptions, pricing, and any other relevant details as required by Robolodge.

   4.2 Robolodge will review the product information after submission and reserves the right to reject or request modifications to ensure compliance with the marketplace standards and guidelines.

   4.3 Upon successful review, your pending products will be changed to “published” status and made available to customers on the marketplace.

   4.4 After reviewing Robolodge and publishing the product information in the marketplace, Robolodge does not accept any responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the published product information. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the product information.

   By registering you confirm that you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, including the clause mentioned above.
